Terms & Eligibility

Participants must be customers of True Wireless Inc. and enrolled subscribers in the Lifeline Benefit Program. To remain eligible for the contest and any applicable Lifeline program subsidy, participants must continue to satisfy all Lifeline program requirements, including, but not limited to, maintaining program eligibility, satisfying monthly usage requirements, and completing the required annual recertification.

• Must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your state).
• Must be an enrolled subscriber in the Lifeline Benefit Program through True Wireless Inc.
• Must maintain Lifeline program eligibility, including monthly usage requirements and annual recertification.
• Must have an active True Wireless Lifeline phone number at entry and at the time of the drawing.
• One entry per phone number per weekly drawing.
• Employees of True Wireless and their immediate families are not eligible.
• Void where prohibited by law.

On the first three Thursdays of each calendar month, we award data top-ups to multiple winners. Top-ups are added directly to the winner's True Wireless line.

• Drawing time: Thursday at 2:00 PM Central Time.
• Multiple winners selected per weekly drawing.
• Prize: one data top-up per winner, applied to their True Wireless Lifeline line.
• Entries reset weekly — you must enter each week to be eligible for that week's drawing.

On the last Thursday of each calendar month, the weekly data top-up drawing is replaced by a single $1,000 grand prize drawing.

• One (1) winner selected.
• Prize: a $1,000 prepaid gift card.
• No weekly data top-up drawing takes place on the last Thursday of the month.
• Grand-prize winner is announced on the first Thursday of the following month.

All eligible entries received before 2:00 PM Central Time on the day of the drawing are entered into a random selection. Winners are chosen by random draw from the pool of eligible entries for that drawing.

Each weekly drawing uses only that week's entries; entries do not roll over. The monthly grand-prize drawing uses entries submitted during the week of the last Thursday.

Winners are notified by text message to the True Wireless phone number on the entry, and announced on True Wireless social channels. Winners may also receive an email confirmation.

• Winners must respond and confirm eligibility within 7 days of notification.
• True Wireless service must be active on the drawing date to claim a prize.
• If a winner cannot be verified or does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
• Weekly prizes are awarded as data top-ups on the winner's line; the grand prize is a prepaid gift card. Neither is redeemable for cash.

The $1,000 grand prize gift card is mailed by USPS to the verified mailing address on file with the winner's True Wireless Lifeline account. It is the winner's responsibility to keep that address current with True Wireless.

• Allow up to 4–6 weeks from prize confirmation for delivery.
• If your Lifeline address is out of date, update it with True Wireless before confirming your prize so the card ships to the right place.
• True Wireless is not responsible for prizes lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or outdated address on the Lifeline account.
• Replacement cards for mail returned undeliverable may be reissued once the address on file is corrected.

Entry is free. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Maintaining active True Wireless Lifeline service is required for eligibility but is not a purchase made to enter the drawing.

Information collected through the entry form is used to administer the drawing, notify winners, and — if you consent — to send drawing reminders and True Wireless service updates. You can opt out of messages at any time.

By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless True Wireless, Instagram, Facebook and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of the prize, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Contest, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (d) application downloads; (e) any other errors or problems in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Contest, the announcement of the winner, the cancellation or postponement of the event and/or the flyover, if applicable, the incorrect downloading of the application, the processing of entries, or application download in any Contest-related materials; or (f) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants' participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or receipt of the prize.

Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorneys' fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Oklahoma.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants' rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Oklahoma, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Oklahoma.

True Wireless may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
