How often can I enter?+
One entry per phone number per week. Submit a new entry each week to be eligible for that week's drawing.
When are winners drawn?+
Weekly winners are drawn every Thursday at 7PM CT. The monthly $1,000 grand prize winner is drawn the last Thursday of the month and announced the first Thursday of the following month.
How will I know if I won?+
Winners are notified by text message to the True Wireless number on their entry and announced on True Wireless social channels.
What if my service is canceled?+
You must be an active True Wireless customer on the drawing date to claim your prize. Keep your service active to stay eligible all month.
