Who can enter?+
Any active True Wireless Lifeline customer with service in good standing. It's free to enter — no purchase necessary.
How often can I enter?+
One entry per phone number per week. Submit a new entry each week to be eligible for that week's drawing.
When are winners drawn?+
Weekly data top-up winners are drawn every Thursday. The monthly $1,000 grand prize winner is drawn the last Thursday of the month.
How will I know if I won?+
Winners are notified by text message to the True Wireless number on their entry and announced on True Wireless social channels.
How is the prize delivered?+
Weekly data top-ups are applied directly to the winner's True Wireless line, usually within 24–48 hours of the drawing. The $1,000 monthly grand prize gift card is mailed by USPS to the address on file with your Lifeline account — allow 4–6 weeks for delivery.
What if my service is canceled?+
You must be an active True Wireless customer on the drawing date to claim your prize. Keep your service active to stay eligible all month.
